If Mosaic Team isn't right for you, you get your money back. You have 14 days from your purchase, and you don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@mosaicanvas.com from the email address you bought with, and include your order reference or license key if you have it. We'll take care of it as soon as we read it.

What happens next

• The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Polar, our merchant of record. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
• Your license key is turned off, and Mosaic goes back to the free plan on your computers. Your boards and files stay exactly where they are.

After 14 days

If something's wrong after the 14 days, write to us anyway. If Mosaic doesn't work as described, we'll fix it or find a fair solution. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
